A totally professional experience for a reasonably handy DIYer!
From sale to installation the customer service experience was one of the best I ever experienced. Attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, are but a few superlatives which come to mind.
Steve and Brittany produced a custom fabrication order in days for a 150 foot cable railing order. The order came with a video, great instructions, and Steve’s super quick responsiveness to questions with helpful tips. The system itself is incredibly easy to install for a DYI person who can read a tape, drive a lag screw, draw a wire through a hole, read easy-to-follow instructions, and use sunscreen.
Using the swage system and tensioning was a breeze. It turned out to be a 3-day weekend install drawn out by a few thunderstorms. Oh, about the price. Having thoroughly researched comparable systems for similar quality (powdered stainless steel) ,i.e., Atlantis, Feeney, etc., the San Diego Cable System materials (beautiful quality) were substantially more cost effective. Throw in the customer service level (obviously a company that understands its impact) and the decision was a real no-brainer. Hats off !!!!
