According to the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® Median sales price of existing homes up 20 percent during first half of 2013. Median prices of existing homes reached $481,000 in June, a rise of 3 percent from the previous month, and an increase of more than 23 percent from June of 2012. For the first half of 2013, prices were up nearly 20 percent from a year ago.
